When it comes to quality evaluation, Nivea leads the ranking with an impressive net quality score of 88%, underscoring its trusted reputation among Kenyan consumers. This score, calculated as the difference between ‘Good Quality’ and ‘Poor Quality,’ reflects the brand’s strong performance locally. Furthermore, Nivea’s dominance in Kenya aligns with its leadership in the broader African personal care market, as highlighted in our recent analysis of beauty and personal care brands in Africa in 2024.
