D&rsquo;autre part, les pays o\u00f9\u00a0la consommation de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner est parmi les plus faibles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement francophones : Alg\u00e9rie (12 %), Guin\u00e9e (13%), Burkina Faso (15 %) et Mali (17 %).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un rapide coup d&rsquo;\u0153il sur la carte montre \u00e9galement que le taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en Afrique australe. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, elle tend \u00e0 \u00eatre plus faible en Afrique du Nord, dans des pays comme l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie, l&rsquo;\u00c9gypte et le Maroc. D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 les Nig\u00e9rians qui ont consomm\u00e9 des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner, de l&rsquo;avoine et du muesli au cours des 12 derniers mois VS la population nig\u00e9riane en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques informations int\u00e9ressantes sur la d\u00e9mographie et les habitudes des consommateurs de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner au Nigeria :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sous-repr\u00e9sentation chez les 18-25 ans (75% vs. 82%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chez les femmes (49% contre 48%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appartient \u00e0 un groupe social plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (45% vs. 26% appartiennent au SEC A)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consomme plus de produits laitiers, y compris des yaourts (74% vs. 58%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les produits biologiques (61% vs. 55%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passe plus de temps \u00e0 cuisiner et a donc tendance \u00e0 manger plus d&rsquo;aliments pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boit plus de jus de fruits au petit d\u00e9jeuner &#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230; O\u00f9 sont-ils susceptibles d&rsquo;acheter leurs c\u00e9r\u00e9ales du matin ?
